It includes 2 audio inputs (A and B) and 8 independent outputs, allowing you to assign the audio source (A, B, or A + B) for each output. The built-in equalization system includes a 15-band graphic equalizer, offering manual adjustment options or access to 12 presets such as Flat, Loudness, Bass Boost, Mid Bass, Treble Boost, Powerful, Electronic, Rock, Hip Hop, Pop, Vocal, and Pancadão.
For precise equalization adjustments, the DSP 2.8X is equipped with a Parametric Equalizer for both the input and output channels, offering gain control, specific frequency selection, and adjustable bandwidth. These features enable fine-tuning and detailed control over equalization for a fully customized audio experience. The Crossover function allows you to define cut-off frequencies, adjust attenuation rates, and select the filter topology for LowPass and HighPass filters. It supports Butterworth and Linkwitz-Riley configurations with slopes of 12, 18, 24, 36, or 48 dB per octave, ensuring precise frequency management tailored to your system's needs.
To protect amplifiers and loudspeakers, the DSP 2.8X incorporates a Limiter with a Dynamic Attack-Release system. This feature dynamically adjusts the attack and release parameters in real-time, ensuring consistent sound fidelity while providing reliable security for your audio equipment.
The DSP 2.8X offers advanced audio treatment features, including High Accuracy Delay for alignment, Phase Inversion, Independent Gain control per output, and Master Level adjustment for precise sound customization. For accurate measurements and system tuning, it includes an integrated Audio Generator with tone generation, frequency sweep, and Pink Noise capabilities.
Additional convenience features include Configuration Copy between output channels, allowing for efficient setup adjustments. The DSP 2.8X also supports Management functions, enabling you to Save and Load Settings to memory. A Security Password feature protects parameter settings from unauthorized editing, while a Marquee/Text Display and Language Selection add flexibility and user-friendly operation.
