60 Day Fast and Easy Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or simply change your mind, feel free to return it within 60 days of the invoice date in new, pristine condition for a full merchandise refund. Simply contact us to request a Return Authorization number. Please pack your return securely and insure thru the carrier of your choice. Customer pays return shipping fees.
Report defects, damage, or order errors within 60 days to obtain a prepaid return shipping label and Return Authorization #.
Refunds are not available after 60 days.

Products with a manufacturing defect after 60 days:
Some manufacturers handle their own warranty. Please review the warranty on the product detail page at www.parts-express.com located in the Resources tab. For items warrantied thru Parts Express, we will issue a Return Authorization #. Provide details of the issue, set-up, and any other information to help troubleshoot or identify the cause. Customer pays return shipping during warranty period. Parts Express will pay shipping on your replacement unit.
Damaged Parts:
Please inspect your shipment upon receipt and report any damage to us immediately. We will replace your parts promptly. Provide images of product damage, manufacturer box, outer shipping carton, and shipping label. We will file a Damage Inspection Claim which results in a carrier follow-up to inspect and retrieve your package. The carrier requires recipient to retain all boxes, labels, and packing materials until the claim has been approved. (Sorry, we cannot file damage claims after 90 days or if original shipping cartons are not in your possession.)
Order Error:
Inspect your shipment for accuracy upon receipt and report any order errors within 5 days. We will provide a prepaid label to return incorrect items and promptly ship the correct items.
Please note: custom cut cable/wire, carpet, grill cloth, and tubing samples are available upon request in order to evaluate for proper application. Shipping charges apply.
How to Make a Return
You may initiate your return via your Parts Express online account. See Account Overview/Purchase History. Click on the applicable order to display details and select “Return”. Or, visit our contact page.
Most returns are processed in 1-2 business days.
Please note some returns may require extended processing days for technical evaluation, peak times, etc.
