With high efficiency and power handling, the 8MB700FT-NDY 8" midrange from PRV Audio is capable of incredible overall output while producing very low distortion. Thanks to it's output capability and wide frequency response, this driver is perfect for pairing with high frequency compression drivers. For low weight a high efficiency the 8MB700FT uses an FEA optimized neodymium motor. Extensive venting through the motor assembly and frame keep the large 2-1/2" voice coil cool to handle 350 watts of power with low power compression. AA special composite pulp paper cone and accordion surround delivers natural response with low distortion even when driven to its limits. Suitable with high efficiency home designs, professional sound reinforcement, and even extreme SPL automotive systems, the 8MB700FT-NDY is one impressive midrange driver.
