DS18's GEN-X6.5C 2-way 6-1/2" component speaker pair combines a 6-1/2" paper cone woofers, 1-1/2" silk dome tweeters, and optimized passive crossover networks for natural full-range response with low distortion. A naturally damped paper cone woofer minimizes unwanted resonances to deliver powerful low frequency response and high impact midbass. The durable rubber surround is securely stitched to cone to ensure a reliable bond even when exposed to high excursion in the extreme automotive environment. High frequencies separate 1-1/2" soft dome tweeters that offers high efficiency, accuracy, and wide dispersion. The included flush mount bracket makes it easy to install the tweeters into any flat surface allowing you to easily aim the tweeters for optimum perfromance. With good efficiency and capable of handling up to 50 watts RMS the GEN-X6.5C will produce impressive output even when driven with modest power.
