TPA3116 4.2 Bluetooth 2.1 50W x 2 + 100W Amp Board with FM AUX-In and USB Media Player IR RemoteMake your own 2.1 multimedia wireless Bluetooth amplifier or portable speaker with this 2 x 50W + 100W amplifier board. FM Radio and multimedia player makes this the perfect amp board to make a complete portable DIY boom box when you add a Dayton Audio LBB-5 series battery board. Just add a power supply to charge the 5-cell battery board, satellite and subwoofer speakers, and the proper enclosure to finish the project. The IR remote's power button puts the amp in standby mode, so add an external switch to prevent battery drain while in that mode.
This board is pre-tested and pre-assembled, which makes it easy to make a 2.1 channel amplifier. The on-board jacks, potentiometer, and screw terminals let you get this board powered up and playing music in minutes. Just connect your power source using a 2.1 x 5.5 mm DC power plug, add a 3.5 mm stereo audio jack with included wiring harness, and run speaker wire from the six screw terminals to you speakers and you're done. For the most wattage output use 120-055 24 VDC power adapter. Use the included remote to change modes, change EQ presets, change tracks, mute and power on/off. Some of these same functions are available on the face plate. Use the three potentiometers to balance the sound between the satellite speakers and the subwoofer with the best EQ setting. Make sure the volume on the IR remote is all the way up before making adjustments. Do this to achieve peak volume without over driving the speakers. The remote control doesn't change the settings on the potentiometers.
Note: After scanning the complete FM band the board will store all the stations with some signal strength. To scan through saved stations continuously press the next button on the IR remote until the desired station appears. You must solder an antenna wire to the FM solder joint on the display board for FM reception.
Note: If you rapidly press the pause/play button 4 to 5 times the language will change.
