PRV Audio D250Ph-S 1" Phenolic Horn Driver 8 Ohm 1-3/8"-18 TPI

PRV Audio's D250Ph-S midrange phenolic compression driver is designed for use as a low-distortion mid in a three-way speaker cabinet, but can also serve as a PA announcement driver for gymnasiums and small venues due to its ability to capture the essence of voice and high 107 dB sensitivity.

High power handling and high sensitivity is achieved using a 2" diameter voice coil that is wound on a Kapton® former. A 1" exit and standard 1-3/8"-18 TPI threading allows the D250Ph-S to work as a replacement driver for many popular horns that play down to 500 Hz. The compact size and 3.11 pound weight allows for use where support brackets aren't available. Many high output, SPL car audio enthusiasts have gravitated to PRV Audio's D250Ph-S for it's high output and smooth vocal reinforcement.
