The 1000A amp module's 20-1,000 Mhz frequency response makes it the perfect amp for a subwoofer or woofer in a 2-way or 3-way powered speaker design. This enables each speaker in the system to have its own amplifier verses sharing power with a single amplifier. The 1000A will get 120 VDC from the 1000ASP amp board to deliver 1,000 watts RMS at 4-ohms and even more with 2-ohm stability.
Like the ASP series, the ICEpower 1000A withstands 70 G-force shock to each side of the board. This along with the under-voltage and thermal protection ensure long life under live concert conditions.
