Assembled from lightweight, durable steel tubing, the Talent FGS1 guitar stand folds up flat for easy transportation, and built-in locking mechanisms provide fast, easy and secure set-up. The wide stance of the legs keeps the stand stable, while a safe resting place for your guitar is provided by soft foam rubber coverings, protecting both the neck and the guitar body. The height of the neck support is adjustable from 22" to 31", and an additional rubber security strap is included to prevent the guitar from falling. The lower yoke folds down for use, and it is fixed and captive, which means no assembly required, no fumbling to try to get the stand together on a dark stage, and best of all - no lost yokes! Perfect for all standard body styles, such as Stratocasters and Les Pauls (not recommended for non-standard bodies like "V" style, Explorer, Kelly, etc.), also great for acoustic, electric/acoustic, bass, and student scale guitars.
Note: we recommend covering or removing the foam rubber padding if using this stand with a guitar featuring a nitrocellulose lacquer finish.
Stay In Tune
The GT-CTN from Talent makes it a no-brainer to stay in tune, on almost any kind of stringed instrument. This chromatic tuner clips on to the headstock of your guitar (or other resonating surface up to 1" thick), and will detect the note you're playing automatically to let you know if you're sharp or flat, and when you're in tune.
The GT-CTN has settings for guitar, bass, violin and ukulele, as well as a chromatic setting so you can tune virtually anything with strings. The easy-to-read LCD screen displays the note and string number you're playing, plus white indicators for sharp or flat, and all the aforementioned information turns green when you're in tune. Simple as that!
