PRV Audio 8MR400-NDY 8" Neodymium Midrange Speaker 8 Ohm

PRV Audio's 8MB400-NDY neodymium 8" midrange woofer is a lighter version of the popular 8MB500-NDY and offers high output, with a smooth midrange, and response up to 5,000 Hz. The 8MB400-NDY  is designed for midrange use in three-way speakers. Alternatively, you can use it in small sealed cabinets as a woofer in floor and studio monitors.

A light paper cone is mated to a 1.5" voice coil for great sensitivity and high power handling. A durable spider suspension, woven cloth surround, and stamped steel frame are combined for extreme durability. High output SPL car audio enthusiasts gravitate towards this driver for use in their systems when looking for a lightweight midrange that can sustain long hours of extreme operation.
