Even the easiest do-it-yourself subwoofer can turn into an arduous project; from uneven cuts, to measuring mistakes. CNC knock-down cabinets make it easy for the beginner to end up with amazing finished results without all of the time and effort necessary to perfect your woodworking skills. Perfect for speaker builders and designers without expensive tools or access to a woodshop.
During the CNC process, dadoes are cut into the top, bottom, and rear of the side panels to ensure a secure fit, maximizing the gluing surface and making assembly that much easier. The front baffle features roundovers on each exposed edge for a professional look.
The end result is a subwoofer speaker cabinet that assembles in no time flat—all you need are wood clamps, wood glue, and about five minutes; no screws needed.
