B&C ME90 1.4" Constant Directivity Horn 80x60 4-Bolt

B&C's ME90 1.4" constant directivity cast aluminum horn features smooth, medium-dispersion 80° x 60° coverage, and its high reliability is a result of all-metal construction. The ME90 is rotatable when installed (may be turned sideways to suit varying applications) and provides very good driver loading down to 900 Hz.

B&C Speakers produces a series of horns for compression drivers ranging from constant directivity models, known for their great consistency in angular coverage, to exponential models, which optimize acoustical loading and sound energy transfer. Standardized driver mounting flanges give the designer the freedom to choose the best horn/driver combination for each project.

All horns are made of cast aluminum, resulting in a robust structure that is free from resonances. The only exception to this method is the ME10; a new design that is made from precision molded plastic and incorporates stiffeners that add to its structural integrity. B&C combines advanced design techniques with critical listening tests to manufacture horns that exhibit precise pattern control, excellent driver loading, and low distortion and coloration.
