Audtek Premium Dual 6 ft. RCA Turntable Cable with External Ground Wire

Most turntable manufacturers throw in a short 3 ft., cheaply built cable to quickly hookup your turntable to an amplifier/receiver. These cables have a hard time reaching the rest of your components in a home theater or stereo rack. If the cable does reach, you might experience a humming sound or outside interference with its partially braided shielded wire. Audtek Electronic's premium 6 ft. dual shielded cable design with professional looking metal shells prevents this from happening, plus is long enough for most installs. Use the attached ground wire to prevent noise when hooking up a magnetic cartridge turntable into the phono jack on an amplifier/receiver.

Audtek's 24 AWG Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC) stranded center conductor and gold-plated connectors increase the signal strength over those super-thin thrown in cables. Patch cables that come with most turntables have very thin 30 to 32 AWG center conductors. Manufacturers save even more money by using Copper Covered Aluminum (CCA) strands that decrease your signal strength even more than thin gauge conductors. CCA strands also cause weak solder joints which leads to disconnects from the connector. Tin platted connectors over time corrode which also causes a disconnect from your amplifier/receiver. Audtek plates its connectors with gold to prevent this from happening. Audtek designs its turntable cable to deliver a clean, long-lasting signal providing enjoyable music for years to come.
