Pioneer TS-W254R 10" 1100W Mobile Audio Subwoofer 4 Ohm

Pioneer's TS-W254R subwoofer features an all-new design and look. All areas of performance have been increased over Pioneer's prior generation of subwoofers. Its six-layer voice coil allows for 250 watts RMS power handling (1,100 watts max) to really get things cranking on your daily commute. Purpose-built to work well in sealed and ported enclosures. A large Strontium magnet create a high power motor assembly for a high sensitivity of 93 dB @ 1W/1m,.

IMPP Composite Seamless Cone

An extremely durable, yet lightweight cone is vital to prevent a cone failure at high sound pressure levels. Pioneer's new IMPP composite seamless cone meets this need perfectly while delivering accurate yet powerful bass and increasing sensitivity.

Treated Foam Surround

The treated foam surround dramatically improves durability and lightness for superior response, especially at louder volumes. It also prevents against fatigue created by the extreme temperature swings present in car audio environments. 

Vented Pole Piece

Pioneer designed the TS-W254R with a vented pole piece to promote movement of air within the subwoofer. The vent is smoothly channeled for optimal ventilation to ensure a quick response and clear reproduction of bass, reducing the compression that results from trapped air during heavy bass passages. 

Includes six 1-1/8" self-tapping screws.
